Five college friends head up to a remote cabin in the woods by an idyllic sun-drenched lake for a hedonistic weekend of booze-fuelled sex. However, when they are interrupted by an unwelcome visitor, a local hobo with a rotting and infested skin virus, they decide to get rid of him, but unwittingly end up contaminating the water when his body ends up in the lake. The friends soon find themselves desperate for water and as the contamination spreads and the in-fighting escalates they discover that each of them will stop at absolutely nothing to survive.
